CEO Theo Darringer Statement on Outside Investors
[NEW YORK, NY] — 2026 saw impressive growth in portfolio value as hedged leverage on semiconductor and HBM equities played out in our favor.
This, on top of talks with Schwab to gain access to prime broker products and portfolio margin, has eliminated the need to accept outside money.
While Darringer Capital hopes to form the Limited Partnership by Q1 2028, investments in the venture capital space have largely eliminated the possibility of being able to manage outside money.
We are grateful to those who have expressed interest in the fund, and hope to continue communication.
